This four bedroom, three bathroom home offers unsurpassed views of Lake Wakatipu. Imagine waking up in the morning and having breakfast at the large picturesque window with spectacular views over the lake with a backdrop of the Remarkables Mountains.
Central Queenstown is a ten minute walk down the hill into town and a very affordable taxi fare home.
Wakatipu Heights offers relaxed holiday home accommodation with space and convenience. The conservatory entrance offers winter warmth and also allows for convenient parking right up to the front door. The open plan living/kitchen area is heated by a woodburner which creates a warm ambience during the cold winter evenings. A step down area provides the dining area or just sit back and relax in the comfortable easy chairs and take in the fabulous views framed by a very large window. A deck at the front of the home offers an ideal spot to relax in the summer evenings while cooking dinner on the barbeque.
There is one bedroom at this level which provides a queen sized bed as well as a combined bathroom and laundry. Upstairs is the master bedroom with wrap-round windows, along with an ensuite bathroom and large walk-in robe. Downstairs from the living area are two further bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a single bed. Both these bedrooms share the third bathroom.
