Originally from the USA, I had wanted to live in Queenstown for a long time and finally made it here 6 years ago after a 30 year corporate career as a senior human resources manager for large public companies in Auckland and Sydney.  

Born and raised in New York City.  Graduated BSc from Cormell University in New York State and served in US Peace Corps in Fiji Islands.  Arrived in NZ in 1971 intending to stay for 2 weeks, but one thing led to another (you know how it is) and here I am 39 years later.  I have a wife and three adult children scattered around the place .

I have extensive and successful commercial experience in negotiations and advocacy.  This is reflected in the number of high – quality  properties that I have sold.  Also, I am very good at listening!
